Refund Policy *

We understand that plans can change, and we want to make our refund policy as simple and fair as possible. Please review the following terms regarding refunds for camp registrations: Full Refund: If you cancel your registration more than 30 days before the start of the camp, you will receive a full refund of the registration fee. Credit for Future Camps: If you cancel your registration between 15 and 30 days before the start of the camp, you will receive a 100% credit towards a future camp or group session. Partial Refund: If you cancel your registration within 15 days before the start of the camp, you will receive a 25% refund of the registration fee in the form of a credit towards a future camp or group session. Please note that no refunds or credits will be issued for participants who fail to attend without prior notice.
